Shipping & Delivery

Every order is carefully packed and shipped within 2–5 business days from one of our two workshops, located in Dallas, TX, USA, and Ubrique, Spain. Depending on stock availability, your order may ship from either location—or in some cases, from both.

Estimated Transit Times:
Shipping times vary based on your chosen shipping method, typically ranging from 2–7 days. Any available shipping upgrades will be shown at checkout.

A Note for Our International Customers

Customs fees are determined by your country’s regulations and must be paid upon arrival. If you choose to reject the shipment to avoid these fees, retrieving the package may not always be possible.

If we’re able to recall the shipment, any costs involved will be deducted from your refund. However, if returning the package isn’t feasible due to high costs, courier restrictions, or other factors, a refund won’t be possible.

To avoid complications, we strongly recommend working directly with the courier to process any customs fees. Thank you for your understanding and support!
